Bringing Japan’s street food to Las Vegas during the height of the pandemic.

 

Being a huge fan of Japanese cuisine, Freddie Paloma and Luis De Santos have had many discussions about bringing this concept to life after several travels to Japan. When the pandemic hit, we felt the need for this concept, hence, we opened and tested the concept at the first Cloud Kitchen in Las Vegas. With a lot of help from Social Media, we eventually outgrew the Cloud Kitchen space and needed a bigger kitchen to accommodate the demands. We are now sharing a much bigger kitchen with Italio and looking forward to launching our first brick and mortar at Uncommons in July 2021.
